Hi everyone! I’m Morgan Fang, and I’m incredibly excited to serve as your Secretary General for NTH@C MUN this year. Outside of Model UN, I play varsity tennis, love traveling, and have somehow managed to visit six continents and nineteen countries. My favorite color is pink, and I have a particular appreciation for penguins. One of my favorite MUN memories has to be dyeing my friend’s hair just four hours before entering a State Security Council crisis at midnight. She ended up winning Honorable Mention, and I won Best Delegate. I can’t wait to see what this year brings!

Hey everyone! I’m Yash Joshi, your Deputy Secretary General for this year. I absolutely love chairing at conferences, and honestly, I don’t have much fun when I’m not doing MUN. Outside of committee, I’m a black belt in Taekwondo, my favorite color is burnt orange, and I’m friends with the Argyle MUN community. I’m excited to help make this year an incredible experience for both new and returning delegates, and I look forward to seeing everyone at our conferences!

Hey everyone! I’m Arjun Madhu, the Undersecretary of Finance for NTH@C MUN. Outside of Model UN, I’m an amateur DJ, green is my favorite color, and whales are my favorite animals. I also enjoy reading, especially A Third University Is Possible by La Paperson. Alongside my work here, I serve as the Deputy Secretary General of TXMUN, so I’m excited to bring that experience into this year’s conferences. I look forward to helping make this season a memorable one for everyone!

Hi everyone! I’m Sadhana Christopher, your Undersecretary of Parliamentary Procedure. I’ve been involved in Model UN throughout my entire high school career, and I currently serve on the TXMUN Secretariat board alongside Arjun, Rishi, and Veronica. Outside of MUN, I’m left-handed and have even driven a motorcycle before. I’m excited to help delegates develop their understanding of parliamentary procedure and make this year’s committees both engaging and productive!

Hey everyone! I’m Samiha Rahman, and I’m excited to serve as your Undersecretary of Conference this year. I’m a third-year student at New Tech, and outside of MUN, I enjoy taking long morning walks, trying new foods, and watching Big Hero 6, which is my favorite movie. My first conference had quite the memorable moment when two delegates attempted to pass the same resolution six times before it finally went through. I’m looking forward to helping create conferences that delegates will remember long after they leave committee!

Hi everyone! I’m Yashvi Jain, your Undersecretary of Education. I’m a senior and a fourth-year delegate, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to win Best Dais four times. Outside of Model UN, I run a small business and enjoy reading the A Good Girl's Guide to Murder  book series. I also had the opportunity to manage New Tech MUN’s social media last year, so I’m excited to continue contributing to the community in a new capacity. I can’t wait to help everyone grow as delegates this year!

Hi everyone! I’m Shivaanshi Patidar, your JWAC President and Undersecretary of Crisis. I’m a junior, and this is my third year participating in Model UN. I speak five languages, have published a book, and won Best Middle School Dais at YMCA TXMUN State last year. One of my most unforgettable committee experiences was clerking a session where a delegate delivered their moderated caucus speech through singing, background music, and dance moves. I’m looking forward to bringing creativity and energy to this year’s crisis committees and helping delegates make the most of their experience!

Hey everyone! I’m Rishi Palavalli, your Undersecretary of Communications for NTH@C MUN. Outside of Model UN, I enjoy biking and playing table tennis, and my favorite color is sky blue. I’m interested in pursuing economics in the future, and one of my favorite books is The Road  by Cormac McCarthy. A particularly memorable MUN experience for me was portraying Rose from Titanic at last year’s TXMUN State conference. I’m excited to help share our community’s experiences and make this year’s MUN journey one worth remembering!

Hey everyone! I’m Veronica Pargas, and I’m serving as the Junior Undersecretary of Education and Camaraderie this year. I’m currently a sophomore, and outside of New Tech MUN, I serve as the YMCA TXMUN Undersecretary of Parliamentary Procedure. My favorite color is orange, and I’m interested in pursuing family or corporate law in the future. My first MUN conference was a CRISIS committee, and I remember trying to write my opening statement in advance because I genuinely had no idea what a CRISIS was. I’m excited to help new delegates feel more comfortable and find their place in MUN!

This is my third year in Model UN, and outside of committee, I enjoy watching TV shows, participating in DECA, and doing stand-up comedy.  I’m looking forward to capturing even more of the memorable moments in MUN, and experiences that make NTH@C MUN such a great community!
